Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Burny Atlas (“Atlas”, “the service”), an internal tool provided by Burny Games LTD (“Burny Games”). By signing in you agree to them.

Who may use Atlas

Access is limited to authorized personnel with a verified @burny.games Google Workspace account. You must not share your account, attempt to access resources you are not authorized for, or use another person’s credentials. Access is provisioned for the duration of your engagement with Burny Games and is revoked on offboarding.

Confidentiality

Atlas holds confidential Burny Games information — organizational structure, ownership, and internal documentation. You agree to use it solely for legitimate internal purposes and not to copy, export, or disclose its contents outside Burny Games except as your role requires and permits. Confidentiality obligations survive the end of your access.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass, probe, or disable the authorization, audit, or rate-limiting controls.
• Do not scrape, bulk-export, or programmatically extract data except through interfaces provided for that purpose (e.g. the authorized MCP endpoint acting on your behalf).
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to infringe others’ rights.

Agent (MCP) access

You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf via the service’s MCP endpoint. Actions taken by such an agent are attributed to you and subject to the same authorization and these terms. You are responsible for agents you authorize.

Availability & changes

Atlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for internal use; it is an evolving tool (currently a Phase 1 skeleton) and may change or be unavailable without notice. We may modify these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burny Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this internal tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any rights you have under your employment or engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute relating to them will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
